Adroit Services - SEO research and strategic recommendations
Adroit Services wanted to understand how their website could work harder in search and better support people looking for their services online.
The business already had strong expertise, a clear service offer and valuable local credibility, but the website needed a more strategic approach to search. The aim was not simply to “add more keywords”, but to understand how potential customers were searching, how competitors were showing up, and how the site could become clearer, more useful and more visible over time.
The Polka carried out SEO research and strategic analysis to give Adroit a practical direction for the next stage of their website.

1
The Challenge
In a competitive local market, visibility matters. Customers are often searching with a mix of service, location and intent-led phrases, and the businesses that appear most clearly in those moments have a stronger chance of winning the enquiry.
Adroit needed to understand where their current website was doing its job, where there were missed opportunities, and how the structure and content of the site could better reflect the way real customers search.
The challenge was to create a strategy that balanced search performance with trust. For a service-led business, customers need more than a list of services. They need to understand the people, the process, the quality of work and why they should feel confident getting in touch.
2
What we did
We reviewed the current website, looked at search behaviour in the market and carried out competitor keyword analysis to understand the wider opportunity.
From there, we developed a set of strategic recommendations covering the role of key website pages, the balance between service-led and trust-led content, opportunities to improve the site structure, and ways to make the website more helpful for both users and search engines.
The work included keyword research, competitor benchmarking, search intent analysis and recommendations for how Adroit could strengthen its content over time. We also considered how people are now using AI tools and question-led search, so the website could begin to answer more of the real queries customers ask before making contact.
3
The thinking
Good SEO is not just about chasing high-volume keywords. It is about understanding what customers need at each stage of the decision-making process and making sure the website gives them the right information in the right place.
For Adroit, that meant looking at the website as a whole: how the homepage sets the scene, how service content supports enquiries, how trust and credibility are built, and how future content could help the business demonstrate its expertise more clearly.
The research showed there was an opportunity to create a stronger foundation for organic visibility by improving the depth, clarity and structure of the website.
4
The value delivered
The project gave Adroit a clear SEO direction without overwhelming them with jargon or isolated data.
Instead of providing a long keyword list with no context, we translated the research into a practical website strategy. Adroit could see what the website needed to achieve, why certain types of content mattered, and how the site could be developed in a way that supported search visibility, user experience and future growth.
The work gave the business a stronger understanding of how customers search, where trust is built online, and how SEO can be used as part of a broader marketing and website strategy.
5
The outcome
Adroit came away with a clear set of priorities for improving the website, strengthening its online presence and making the site more useful to potential customers.
The strategy created a foundation for better organic visibility, clearer customer journeys and more confident decision-making about future website content.
